I’m Belinda
I’m not your typical integrated wellness practitioner.
I didn’t just learn about trauma from textbooks – I learned it from living it. I didn’t just study nervous system regulation because it was interesting – I studied it because my survival depended on understanding why my body kept score of everything I’d been through.
My Journey to This Work
Growing up with complex trauma, navigating abuse, loss, and a nervous system that was constantly in survival mode, I tried everything. Traditional therapy. Alternative healing. Spiritual practices. Some helped, but nothing created the deep, lasting change I desperately needed.
It wasn’t until I discovered somatic therapy and understood how trauma actually lives in the body as well… and that if you do not feel safe in your body, all the therapy in the world won’t help…. that things began to shift. Add in nervous system regulation,
trauma-informed approaches, and learning to work WITH my sensitive system instead of against it, and I finally found my way home to myself.
Now I help other women aged 45+ find their way home too.

Why I Do This Work
Because I know what it’s like to feel broken beyond repair. To be so exhausted you can’t imagine ever feeling different. To have tried everything and still feel stuck.
I also know what it’s like to discover you were never broken – just human, navigating trauma with a sensitive nervous system in a world that doesn’t understand.
Every woman who walks through my door or joins my programs carries a story in her body. My job isn’t to fix you (you’re not broken) or heal you (you heal yourself). My job is to create the safest possible space for your nervous system to remember what home feels like, and to give you the tools to find your way back there whenever you need.
