Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Products: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Services: Refunds are not typically offered on readings, healing and counselling sessions. Any dissatisfaction should be expressed within the first 5 minutes of a session to allow for immediate resolution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at emjayspas@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, Emjay Spa & Wellness has implemented a cancellation policy for select services. For appointments that are 50 minutes or longer, or are considered high-value services, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may be applied.

This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and continue offering the high-quality personalised care our clients expect. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and resources.

Frequency of Readings: To prevent dependency, we limit readings to no more than once every three months on the same topic.

Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations: Online bookings require 24-hour advance payment. In-person sessions require payment at the time of the appointment. Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or you may be charged cancellation fees. No-shows or being over 10 minutes late, result in forfeiture of the appointment with full fee payable and with no refund given.

Referrals & Pricing: Referrals are made without expectation of compensation unless through a transparent affiliate program. Prices subject to change and will be clearly communicated beforehand.

If you are unhappy with your facial, massage, or grooming service or anything else relating to Emjay Spa & Wellness or it’s associates or employees, please discuss your concerns with Belinda, who will engage in an open and honest conversation with you to address any issues on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve your concerns.

Communication: Communications via email, social media, etc., are informational and not contractual. We maintain the right to cease communication perceived as disrespectful or inappropriate.
