By booking services, purchasing products, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We maintain professional indemnity insurance and adhere to industry ethical standards.

 

Scope of Practice & Medical Disclaimers

Important: Our services are complementary therapies designed to support wellness and personal growth. They do not constitute medical treatment and should not replace professional medical care.

We DO NOT:

Health & Safety Requirements

Client Responsibilities:

  • Disclose all relevant health conditions, medications, and allergies
  • Arrive sober and in appropriate mental/physical state for services
  • Inform us immediately if you feel unwell during treatment
  • Update us on health changes since your last visit

Our Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clean, safe treatment environment
  • Use professional-grade products and equipment
  • Respect your boundaries and comfort levels
  • Stop treatment if safety concerns arise

 

Professional Boundaries & Conduct

Mandatory Reporting: As a professional practitioner, I am obligated to report:

  • Suspected child abuse or neglect
  • Immediate threats of self-harm or harm to others
  • Criminal activity disclosed during sessions

Professional Relationship:

  • Services are professional in nature with clear boundaries
  • Personal relationships outside of professional context are not appropriate
  • Inappropriate behaviour by either party will result in termination of services

Confidentiality: All session information remains confidential except:

  • When disclosure is required by law
  • In life-threatening emergencies
  • With your written consent

In such cases, services will be rescheduled or refunded as appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or emotional damages except where prohibited by Australian Consumer Law.

Personal Responsibility: Clients are responsible for decisions made based on guidance received and participate in services at their own risk.
