I’m Belinda. I help women who are at their limit.
I’m not here to fix you. You’re not broken. You’re overwhelmed and carrying too much on your own.
I learned this work by living it. Complex trauma. ADHD. Burnout. Single parenting. Perimenopause with a nervous system that never got a break. I know what it feels like to hold everything together while falling apart inside.
Nothing changed for me until I learned how the body works under stress and why talking alone doesn’t shift anything when your system doesn’t feel safe.
Now I help other women find the same relief. Simple. Real. No pressure.

How I work
I keep things calm and grounded. No performance. No spiritual bypassing. No pretending everything is fine. We work with your body, your patterns and your real life. Slow. Gentle. Practical.

When I’m not in session
I’m writing and creating resources. I’m in Tinana with Brixy, my rehomed little shadow with big feelings and separation anxiety. This is our quiet space. It’s where I walk my own healing path. I keep my life simple on purpose because most women already have more than enough on their plate.
Why I do this
Because I know what it feels like to be exhausted and still pushing through. To feel too much and not enough at the same time. To think you should be coping better. To feel alone in a room full of people.
You’re not too sensitive. You’re not dramatic. Your body is trying to protect you.
When you’re ready, I can help you feel safe again. Not perfect. Not healed. Just safe enough to breathe and take the next step.
